Role Summary

This position will be a key member of the Devices product team responsible for various functions while being a subject matter expertise for device & accessory trials and product demonstrations. Responsible for sub-elements of a devices testing process which may include facilitating managing internal device and accessory testing. Has a strong understanding of assigned products. A passion for consumer electronics and a drive to effect change to optimize the testing experience. Identify and research testing processes and resources to deliver internal testing needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with OEMs to receive sample test units.
  • Manages the inventory and securing of product.
  • Distributes, tracks and collects units for product testing.
  • Facilitates and manages user trials.
  • Engages third party testing vendors for product testing.
  • Capable of loading devices with the latest software.
  • Tracks, monitors, and replaces, if needed, in-store device and accessory demo units.
  • Assists with the development and documentation of product test plans.



  • 2+ years of experience preferred in related field (wireless carrier, OEM, electronics retail)
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills that allow one to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Demonstrates strong technical and market knowledge.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.


  • BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Communication).
  • Experience in telecommunications or high-tech environment.
