• Help create and develop new initiative strategic direction and associated activities
• Design and deliver GTM strategies to ensure product launch goals are met
• Identify, secure, and manage new business development and channel partnerships
• Develop business case, revenue goals, and operational plans for new business initiatives
• Create the project launch strategy and associated processes and documentation
• Develop customer success and support models for operational execution
• Track customer insights and report business metrics attributed to the launch and operations
• Communicate program objectives, priorities, and direction to all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal business owners, executives, boundary partners, and project teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in management consulting, corporate innovation/strategy, or product marketing
• Excellent collaborator who works effectively with teams throughout the organization as well as with customers, partners, vendors, and industry experts
• Operates independently to navigate tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Possesses intellectual horsepower, desire, and ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly
• Hungers to make a difference. Willing to challenge conventional thinking and approaches

• Expertise in one or more of the following: wearables, digital health, IoT
• Experience with startups or corporate innovation/new growth initiative launches
• MBA
