- Maintain the order and structure of the innovation environment.
- Manage innovative projects from ideation phases through commercialization
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of each project
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the all appropriate stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and academic credentials with ability to push for and complete independent analysis
- 3+ years of experience leading projects
- 2+ years of experience in program management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills and commitment to develop further
- Natural curiosity and tendency to question the status quo
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders at C-level of multiple organizations
- Experience managing and leading small teams
- Strong background of innovation
- Prior start-up experience
- BS/BA degree in related discipline desired (business management, decision sciences, analytics, etc.)
- Hands-on experience implementing process-changing technologies
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions that include hardware components / sensors
- Experience building or improving change management and issue resolution processes
- Experience in product development or high-tech environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
