Who You Are

You are a persuasive and resilient individual. You not only adapt to change but actively look forward to changing. You are driven, influential, and able to identify what best suits the customers' needs. You can negotiate with customers and problem-solve while maintaining revenue. Change is a part of every salesperson's life, and value is most important in any sales offer. 

You're a self-starter, familiar with the technology. Your approach is based on understanding the customer's needs and offering solutions. 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Relevant Work Experience

  • Effective communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task 

  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively with the call center team 

  • Persuasion skills to engage fully with the customers

What You Will Do 

  • Take calls from customers about to downgrade and disconnect their services. 

  • Listen to their concerns. Steer them toward solutions so we can turn the corner on their experience!

  • Have transparent conversations to help customers understand the value of existing Cox products and services. Uncover the need for new products and services. 

  • Reaffirm the needs of each customer's household. Solidify why Cox products and services satisfy their needs. 

  • Upsell, cross-sell, and work to retain every customer with whom you interact. Negotiate service pricing and identify new opportunities. 

  • Use our customer database to tailor solutions and help customers understand their billing components.
