WHERE Magazine, the leading magazine for visitors, is looking for an energetic, highly motivated person to join its corporate Marketing team. The Marketing Department is responsible for the management and implementation of strategies and tactics designed to achieve revenue goals. These goals are achieved through the direct marketing support of National Sales, individual markets, franchises, company branding and the overall network. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects with numerous priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Copywriting, editing and approval processing of marketing materials and promotions
•Management of direct mail campaigns
•Management of public relations campaign
•Management of research projects
•Budget maintenance
•Database maintenance
•Management of franchise and vendor marketing requests
•Trade show/event and merchandising coordination
•Administrative and clerical responsibilities

Position Requirements:
Position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to schedule, prioritize and multi-task multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, writing and communications ability are essential. Knowledge of creative development and production process a plus.

Candidate must possess a college-degree; a Marketing/Public Relations degree is preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years marketing/project management experience in magazine publishing or a related field, plus a demonstrated record of achievement, is required.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the Internet is required, MAC-based platform knowledge preferred. Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Quark and ACT preferred. EOE.
