Penguin Group (USA), Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a entry level Benefits Assistant within its busy Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include responding to employee benefit inquiries, processing benefit enrollment information, assisting employees with on-line enrollment, preparation of benefits related new hire and termination paperwork, processing disability and workers' compensation claims, interacting with vendors, and coordinating benefit fairs.

Ideal candidate must have prior office experience in Human Resources/Benefits environment, excellent communication (both written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
