The Advertising Sales Tracking Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the ad tracking process supporting the advertising strategy for Forbes magazine.
Responsibilities include:

• Review each issue of Forbes competitive publications
• Log in advertisements into Ad Tracker spreadsheet
• Identify potential new ads; research advertiser and agency contacts
• Coordinate advertisement activity report to sales staff
• Coordinate account assignments with Ad Directors
• Prepare and manage competitive reports on section activity by issue
• Track salespeople’s share of market on a monthly basis

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, detail-oriented and enthusiastic. Proficiency in Excel, MS word and PowerPoint required.
