Specific responsibilities include the following:

•Manage a portfolio of subscribers
•Proactively reach out to subscribers in order to better understand needs, respond to problems and ensure renewal
•Provide Web training for subscribers related to all NJG online offerings
•Alert subscribers to new features, relevant content and other matters of critical interest
•Develop new, innovative ways to engage subscribers to increase the likelihood of renewal
•Collect demographic information on subscribers
•Perform data management and administrative duties related to account retention as needed
•Approach subscribers in a consultative way to solicit new business opportunities via license upgrades and cross promotion
