We are currently seeking a smart, competitive and fast Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Business Media division. This is an exclusive opportunity, for you to join one of America's leading B2B media companies. This is a leadership position that requires knowledge, experience and comfort in: • Managing corporate level projects • Work in partnership with sales executive to develop new marketingprograms and materials for brands. • Develop strategies and tools to integrate print, in person and online media sales materials. • Taking account lead for major advertising clients. • Supervision, mentorship and development of staff As a Senior Marketing Manager you will serve as account executive on magazines division assigned publications. • Providing strategic leadership to develop and advance the brands. • Creating written marketing plan for the franchise each year, incorporating marketing and sales goals and work with publisher and department vice president to have plan approved before budget review. • Providing timely, professional and accessible customer service and marketing support to all client groups from Publisher to sales personnel. • Seeking out new technology, techniques and programs to advance the marketing management of the franchise. • Financial reporting for all related projects and accounts You will also develop and implement successful creative consistent promotions (both in content and graphically). Taking projects through concept, writing, design and production phase. • Creating media kit for each year that represents the key themes of the marketing plan • Creating year-long promotions (in all media), following the media kit theme and design, with unified theme, design and message, that are easily recognizable and advance marketing goals of the magazine and the franchise. • Working with sales management to develop creative, effective selling tools for field staff. • Providing marketing direction and materials for events. Successful candidates will possess: • 5+ years of marketing experience in a for-profit environment (publishing/media experience preferred) • Bachelors degree preferred or at least five years of on-the-job experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The proven ability to perform and succeed in a fast paced, dynamic and deadline driven environment • MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint You owe it to yourself to work for a dynamic company.
