Job Responsibilities: Management of email marketing activities Execute direct mail campaigns for subscriber acquisition/retention/billing programs Monitor and analyze all audience promotion programs Preparation of ABC/BPA publisher statements Monitor subscription transaction processing and customer service activities Database management including uploads, downloads, queries and searches Job Requirements: Business, Communication or Marketing degree required Circulation, direct marketing or audience development experience required (2-3 yrs) Experience with digital platforms and online marketing preferred Strong analytical and creative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, multi-task and organize work according to priorities. Knowledge of fulfillment, Advantage and HTML , a plus.
