The Associate Marketing Manager is an integral member of the TPG marketing team. This person works hand-in-hand with assigned sales reps / categories on a daily basis to respond to RFPs and create custom integrated client marketing solutions. This person also executes many of the marketing programs, as outlined below:

Work directly with sales reps to respond to RFPs, execute added value, trouble shoot client problems, proactively bring unique client-specific ideas to sales etc. for all TPG assets

Custom content development: ideate, create, and execute custom marketing promotions, working directly with sales staff, clients, and creative services

Responsible for select category development including creating presentations (including research material), developing client mailings, and conceptualizing marketing programs

Proactively initiate strategies to bring the TPG brands to life both with new and existing programs

Contribute to yearly Marketing Plan with creative ideas and partnership strategies

Spearhead the development of wrap up books as assigned (working with promotions and creative services)

Available for sales calls


Candidate should be a college graduate with a minimum of 2-6 years marketing experience. Excellent writing skills are a must. Position requires strengths in creativity, interpersonal communication, program management, multi-tasking, and organization. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word are musts.
