Provide day to day and strategic direction to Creative Services team and provides editorial and art direction from the concept to the completion of projects. Reviews the work of editors, writers and producer, offers constructive feedback throughout development, presents creative ideas to the VP Creative Services and directly to departments clients. Leads large or multiple projects with significant scope and impact.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Review the work of team members, offer constructive feedback throughout inception and development.
Communicate and develop departments vision; working with departments senior management to impart guidance and direction, and otherwise support strategic objectives.
Maintain Presence at all launch meetings and steer creative direction of promo team.
Steer creative direction by working with producers writers and graphic designers to ensure scripts and promos will achieve strategic goals
oversee all editorial copy, be present at VO sessions and approve all script


Advertising background a plus. Must be able to manage multiple projects and the day to day details while keeping an eye on the big picture. Experience managing a Creative Services team, providing creative direction and oversight Funny, Witty and Irreverent sensibility
