Manager, Consumer Insight - Digital
Key Functions:* Own and distribute all dashboard and key performance indicator reports for key internal stakeholders (product dev., content, e-commerce, digital ad sales)* Present insights/key findings to upper management.* Train and manage the Digital Media Analyst.* Perform deep dive analytics across all WWE.COM properties that aim to bridge the Qualitative data (surveys, TV storylines/ratings) to the Quantitative data (clickstream data). The main goal here is to tell a story as it relates to key drivers of who visits our sites, when they visit and what are they doing.* Help prospect for new online advertisers/partners for digital ad sales* Point person to manage the day to day relationship with all Business Intelligence 3rd parties (Omniture, HitWise, comScore, Forrester etc.)* Manage SEM and SEO for key company initiatives.Requirements:* 4+ years experience media research* Experience with Omniture Site Catalyst, Omniture Search Center HitWise, comScore Media Metrix, comScore Plan Metrix and Forrester required* Knowledge of Nielsen TV ratings and MRI a plusPlease upload resume (MSWord or pdf) and include salary requirement when you complete your on-line application.
