The ideal candidate will help oversee fast-paced editorial operations and find new ways to grow and engage the site's audience. Job Description:*Collaborating with the editorial team and contributing to our vision by driving audience growth and engagement.*Conceiving, writing and editing creative breaking news stories and features.*Contributing to the TVGuide.com editorial calendar and working under tight daily deadlines.*Collaborating closely with our marketing department on the best social media and SEO practices.Responsibilities / Qualifications: *at least 3 years of hands-on, deadline-driven editorial experience, preferably online.*Proven leadership skills.*Experience on camera, and enthusiasm for talking about television and pop culture in videos for TVGuide.com and on national television a plus *Solid understanding of online metrics and ability to use them to drive growth and engagement.*Creative ideas for driving audience growth and engagement online.*Superb organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple projects at one time and on tight deadlines.*Excellent writing and editing skills.*Strong knowledge of entertainment and a passion for covering it.
