The Wall Street Journal Online has several opportunities for talented journalists to help produce a new edition of the Journal's website for CFOs and other corporate finance executives. We are looking for Web-savvy writers/editors who have at least 5 years of experience covering corporate finance and can provide real insight into the topic. The work will involve an intense blend of traditional reporting, aggregating from the Web and proprietary databases, and producing real-time digital commentary. Critical will be the capacity to identify and then advance the most important news stories in credit and capital markets, dealmaking, treasury and risk management, corporate governance and compensation, and benefits finance. Knowledge of HTML is not required, but candidates should be at ease using Web publishing tools and systems. The atmosphere is collegial, so successful candidates will be comfortable sharing their expertise with colleagues and adapting to new responsibilities. If you've got the reporting and writing chops, and you're eager to join an established organization committed to finding the most effective way of providing CFOs with content from a variety of premium sources, including our own reporting, we'd like to hear from you.
