Primary responsibilities:

Advertising Networks: Oversee advertising network relationships and performance. Seek out new partners and optimize third party network advertising throughout our websites. Work with our advertising and content teams to determine how network advertising best fits into each channel. Work with our ad operations team to prioritize networks and house ads using our ad serving tools.
Other Partnerships: Manage lead generation and other revenue partnerships on a day-to-day basis, including tracking, testing and optimization. Seek out new partners and assess the performance of existing ones.
Website Optimization: Recommend changes to our websites to maximize revenue, based on on-going analyses of our websites and of our partners and competitors websites.
Strategy: Work with operational and executive teams to understand how we can best influence and build our revenue activities.
Operations: Coordinate with technical teams and partners to troubleshoot operational issues and to implement changes.

Our ideal candidate:

Has completed at least a Bachelors degree, preferably in business, math, or another field where he or she has developed quantitative analysis skills
Has knowledge of HTML. Preferably has experience working with website analytics and/or advertising platforms such as Omniture, Google Analytics and DoubleClick
Gets immense satisfaction from finding answers and making fact-based suggestions
Has a strong ability to analyze metrics and develop conclusions based on what is really important
Brings leadership and communication skills to develop and manage partnerships
Has the ability to act independently and balance competing priorities
Has strong collaboration skills
