At least 3 years prior experience with managing ad sales staff.
A motivating manager with the ability to guide others while successfully maintaining own accounts simultaneously.
At least 7 years advertising sales experience.
Impressive Western network contacts.
Strong background and relationships with agencies/advertisers.
Experience with selling consumer print, digital, and mobile ad sales.
High degree of digital sales knowledge and at least 5 years experience in the online sales platform.
Requires advanced skills in negotiating, problem solving decision making, goal setting, prioritizing data interpretation, and marketing knowledge.
Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines and time restraints.
Demonstrated experience in consultative or strategic sales with relevant relationships with advertisers and agencies across all categories.
Must be highly organized with the ability to manage time and budget efficiently for the best use of resources and expense dollars.
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
The ability and desire to travel when required.
