The Senior Designer will be responsible for advancing ONEs global brand identity through outstanding development and execution of creative works including digital design, animation, print, merchandise and new media. The designer will lead the charge in inspiring effective innovative marketing materials to ONE audiences across U.S. and international markets, while simultaneously strengthening ONEs brand impact. The right candidate should be able to lead and demonstrate pioneering creative design tied to strategic business results. Specific duties include activating current campaign and advocacy objectives through ground-breaking global creative products; producing, advancing and managing global creative brand and campaign integration; progressing the ONE brand look, feel and stylistic requirements across markets, and produce market-specific creative when necessary; executing design of many creative products including digital design, print and animation, with some working knowledge of video; guiding the product development strategy for the ONE brand store; leading and coordinating seamlessly with other teams; representing ONE, as needed, among agency teams and at external events.

The ideal candidate is an outside the box creative thinker with the ability to execute pragmatically. The candidate should thrive in a small, fast-paced environment, work well as a team and team leader, and have strong prioritization skills. Requires a Bachelors degree and at least 5 years work experience in design; some agency or client-service experience preferred; proven demonstration of break-through innovation and creativity, across different mediums; experience in designing to business objectives; experience developing brand visual identity is desirable; effective team player who can inspire others to top performance; strong sense of teamwork and collaboration; experience supervising others; experience in videography, video editing and/or photography; a high level of proficiency in Adobe CS5 (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Flash); experience in print and merchandise design; experience in editing and/or motion graphics is desirable (Final Cut Pro and After Effects); web design skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript) a plus. Knowledge of the international development sector and campaigning organizations a plus, as well as, an interest and dedication to the mission of ONE.
