VP, Digital Media


  • Oversight of departmental budget and cross functional teams including tech production, editoral and digital marketing
  • Responsibilities encompass operations, strategy and editorial: conceiving and creating content-driven initiatives across multiple platforms around Oxygen shows
  • Collaborate with external vendors on technological solutions -- from initial concept through execution
  • Work internally with Oxygen ad sales, research, and marketing to brainstorm new ideas, ideate around and support custom advertiser concepts and drive revenue growth
  • Act as liaison within NBCU departments for digital, including legal, digital distribution, communications, operations and technology
  • Represent Oxygen Digital externally in the marketplace with clients and at industry events/panels
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships
  • Drive innovation, looking ahead for market trends, using the latest in technology to create new concepts around ITV, mobile, gaming, apps and multiplatform initiatives to look for new ways to engage the Oxygen audience and monetize the experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in face-paced television and/or digital media environment
  • Experience and familiarity with emerging media technologies -- mobile, interactive TV, advanced advertising, games, apps, social media
  • Proven ability as a strategist as well as an operator: able to conceive and manage projects from conception to completion
  • Experience leading a team consisting of multiple skillsets/functions, including tech/development
