We are looking for a well rounded individual interested in experiencing all aspects of media and production. This position requires managing projects (along with senior management) from the pre-proposal stage through completion. This includes estimating and maintaining budgets, client meetings, scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance, vendor negotiation and daily written and verbal communication with team and clients.

Job Responsibilities Include:

    Assisting with all phases of production and media planning (including compiling statistics and rates)

    A working knowledge of all aspects of production and media for print, web and interactive assignments (knowledge of each medium is not mandatory, but a desire to work in all is required)

    Generating work orders

    Dealing with vendors and analyzing competitive bids

    Direct contact with clients and meeting presentations

    Trafficking jobs through to completion

    Maintaining databases and organization systems throughout

    Being a team player within a boutique office environment



Job Requirements:

    4 years minimum agency, media or production experience.

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    In-depth knowledge of commonly used practices within the field of advertising and the desire/ability to stay abreast with the latest marketing changes and emerging technical marketing tactics.

    Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills

    Superb time management skills

    Must be an expert user of MS Office software and their Apple equivalents (Excel, Keynote, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)

    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and as a team

    Online and interactive media knowledge a plus

    Mac literacy a plus

    Familiarity with web design, CS5 and video programs also a plus
