Execute closed digital plans; includes scheduling placements, ensure delivery of materials, reporting of deliverables, make good under deliverables, work with accounting on billing, etc.
Work with finance to provide strategic financial analysis of historical data
Assist in monthly billing and revenue recognition
Liaise with licensees to facilitate online banner ad placement; includes notification of commitment, examining contracts, tracking desired ad placement window, guiding brand Assurance approval, ensuring placement of ad, shipping checking copies, etc.
Provide yearly and quarterly revenue forecasts for financial reporting
General ad-hoc digital advertising reports
Assist in preparation of proposals and presentations in response to digital RFPs
Monitor online campaign creative to ensure compliance with Marvel's ad restrictions
Oversee inventory and provide available estimates
Provide support and professional customer service to sales team and advertisers
Develop digital sponsorship opportunities and pricing across Marvel sites
Manage digital ad pipelines
