We are currently seeking a Digital Sales & Promotions Manager to oversee day-to-day relationships with Workmans digital accounts. Together with the digital publishing group, you will manage distribution of content to existing accounts, organize merchandising plans at the retail level, and pursue new business opportunities.

In this role you will also:

-Analyze and report on sales trends
-Work closely with the sales team to coordinate print and digital promotions
-Work with the publicity and marketing departments to increase visibility of digital products
-Provide feedback from accounts to assist in new product development

The ideal candidate will possess:

-3+ years experience in book publishing
-Familiarity with the digital marketplace including knowledge of various sales models and evolving business trends
-Strong understanding of ebook standards and formats
-Understanding of metadata standards and management
-Ability to comfortably and professionally manage key account relationships
-Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to spot and solve problems quickly and independently
-Ability to work efficiently and flexibly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Excellent communication and analytic skills
