General administrative duties including answering phones, copying, filing, mailings, ordering books, scheduling meetings and ordering supplies
Process invoices in CTX
Print and compile weekly sales reports, monthly sales documents, and all necessary meeting materials
Facilitate all booked print and online advertising with designer, route final designs for approval
Coordinate with digital ad agency on online ad campaigns
Handle seasonal backad requests and route designed ads
Request seasonal galley quantities and complete request forms
Create ecards, sell sheets, promotional flyers, and coordinate with promotion department on creation of promotional items
Update, research and maintain blogger lists
Create content for imprint blog(s)n and newsletters, maintain and update
Build and grow social media platforms for imprints and authors
Assist in writing bookseller letters and specialized pitches to bloggers
Book, execute and compile results for blog tours
Handle title marketing tasks as assigned
Coordinate on digital marketing strategies and campaigns for frontlist and backlist print and eBooks
Execute digital initiatives, including advertising (Facebook, search, blog ads, etc), social media campaigns, eBook promotions, and app development
Build landing pages for books and promotions on the web and facebook
Coordinate with digital marketing group on digital developments and opportunities
Work with the eBook sales team to secure placement and promotions at the e-retailers

Job Requirements:
2 years marketing experience, emphasis on digital marketing preferred
Proficient in basic computer applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
Knowledgeable in social media platforms including facebook and twitter
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Photoshop a plus
