Salary Description:

MXM art directors are expected to collaborate in a team environment to help develop and execute a wide variety creative CRM solutions for multiple Chrysler divisions.

Essential Job Functions

-Creates deliverables ranging from elaborately folded direct mail elements including, (but not limited to) printed brochures, posters, stickers, postcards, etc. to a wide variety of digital elements ranging from emails and enewsletters to banner ads, facebook tabs, microsites and more.

-Coordinates design, layout and production of projects from creative brief to completion.

-Collaborates with print production and asset manager regarding design file, photo preparation, stock photography, color correction, scanning and retouching.

-Collaborates with copywriters, creative directors, account teams, clients and vendors on all creative deliverables.

Job Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.

Experience:
At least five years of professional design experience. Automotive CRM is preferred, but not mandatory.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong layout skills including color sense, typography and ability to suit solution to objective.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and take direction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to take ownership of projects as well as collaborate with other team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Web design knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of CRM disciplines preferred.
