The Role
Responsibilities:
-Build audience & deliver impactful content across digital and social platforms for Bloomberg TV shows
-Manage social community on Facebook & Twitter
-Strong editorial sensibility and writing skills; ability to write strong, compelling headlines
-Versatile, team-player able to take on a number of roles, juggle multiple tasks, and work in a creative, demanding, fast paced environment.
-Work daily with show producers, digital video team, sales & syndication partners to package the richest-possible video offering for digital platforms
-Incorporate digital and social elements into broadcast shows
-Report on results driven from social media & digital efforts
-Monitor and respond to real-time analytics, audience metrics and research to identify trends and boost traffic
-Listen to conversations across the web using proven technologies like Radian6, and interact conversationally with relevant information.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-3+years recent/relevant experience as an editor, reporter or producer at a news organization, blog or television network
-Proficient knowledge and experience with FACEBOOK, TWITTER and other social media platforms for business use.
-Strong editorial sensibility and writing skills; ability to write strong, compelling headlines
-Versatile, team-player able to take on a number of roles, juggle multiple tasks, and work in a creative, demanding, fast paced environment.
-Interest in business and financial news & events
-Excellent interpersonal skills a diplomat as well as someone who gets the job done
-A passion for measurement
-Experience with a content management tool a plus
