Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Sales Planner will serve as internal point person for all RFP (request for proposal) requests received from clients and ad agencies. Sales Planner will prepare creative and strategic responses based on client goals/objectives, targeting requests, inventory availability and pricing opportunities. Sales Planner will:
-Respond to media proposals with detailed media plans including accurate pricing along with strategic positioning for products and packages
-Fill out appropriate proposal spreadsheets, communicate online ad specifications, and enter proposal data in relevant systems as required
-Assist sales team with customized presentations by preparing key data points, impressions, target audience, and pricing information, screen shots or mock ups as well as other relevant research
-Aid in campaign optimizations and understand online inventory
-Develop strong understanding of Parade Digitals ad products and sponsorship opportunities
-Communicate effectively between multiple departments internally
-Engage customers in written form and over the phone
-Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management
-Insure the highest levels of internal customer satisfaction through rapid responses to customer inquiries

Requirements and Qualifications
-Knowledge of the online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and pricing models
-Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
-Strong analytical skills
-Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
-Experience with DoubleClick DFP is preferred
-Excellent business writing, communication, organizational and presentation skills
-Highly energized and motivated by achievement and success
-Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
-A proactive, customer service, solution-oriented attitude.
