iCrossing is looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital Media team as a Media Manager. Working in the dynamic interactive marketing industry, you will work closely with cross-discipline client account teams in meeting and exceeding client goals

Specifically, the Digital Media Manager helps manage all aspects of executing high profile and complex clients digital media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and research as it pertains to display media.

* Participate in digital media planning, buying, research, reporting and analysis
* Participate in new business reviews and in organic revenue growth
* Integrate digital media with existing capabilities in search, mobile, and social
* Work with account teams to provide clients with full-service online media options, specifically in branded (display) advertising, as well as partnership, sponsorship, and content-driven campaigns.
* Drive digital media campaign strategy
* Manage and optimize digital media campaigns
* Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media.

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in online advertising (display preferred)
* Experience with third party ad servers
* Knowledge of and familiarity with digital media ad products for either Video, Social or Mobile platforms.
* Experience with Facebook campaign implementation and management
* Working knowledge of excel and power point
* Working knowledge of Nielsen @plan, AdRelevance, Comscore and DART
* Understanding of display media planning, negotiation, implementation and performance analysis
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented and organized
