JOB REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to the following):

/ Minimum 9 years directly-relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of online experience, and 3 years of supervisory experience.
/ Experienced in the principles of advertising with industry expertise in online media planning/buying.
/ Outstanding leadership, problem solving, negotiation, strategizing and management skills.
/ Superior presentation and communication skills - both written and verbal.
/ Demonstrated ability to work with senior management in developing strategies, plans, presentations, helping to grow the business, etc.
/ Proven ability to analyze data for future planning.
/ Continually strive and succeed in developing innovative online media solutions for our clients.
/ Proven negotiating and analytical skills.
/ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
/ Experience with nytimes.com, working in arts-related field or knowledge of the theater a plus!
/ Bachelors Degree in relevant field (advanced degree a plus).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):

/ Lead the digital media team by providing the strategic online media vision for the agency, while serving as the chief planner and buyer in this area.
/ Continually monitor report and optimize the performance of each campaign for best effectiveness.
/ Keep agency and clients up-to-date on all new and unique online media opportunities and emerging trends to ensure innovative practices.
/ Recommend and implement new online media initiatives.
/ Pursue ideas that are strategically aligned with our clients business.
/ Analyze competitive activity in the marketplace.
/ Present in client meetings and new business pitches.
/ Manage external Media Buying partners and ensure they are effectively servicing the agency.
/ Lead, mentor and continue media teams development. Create positive and collaborative work environment.
/ Actively participate in industry events and stay current on digital advertising and live entertainment market.
