Establish a vision and foster creativity to develop best-in-class strategies & activations of web and social media solutions (inc. RCUSA corporate and individual Brand Assets)
Lead & Optimize seamless integration of Digital/Social marketing into Brand annual operating plans (inc. formulation of KPIs)
Work with Brand Teams to maximize opportunities for consumer acquisition, engagement and retention across key channels
Manage/optimize budget allocation including ROI analyses
Work closely with PR & Entertainment Marketing functions to drive Brand buzz and Consumer Awareness/Call
Demonstrate ability to manage an ongoing working collaboration with the global brand group in Paris HQ
Monthly/Quarterly results tracking & reporting


Supervisory Responsibility/Direct Reports:

Supervisory Responsibility: -- Multiple digital communications agencies

Direct Reports: -- One digital marketing manager
-- One web developer

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or international equivalent
Minimum of 2 years people management experience
Minimum 5 yrs. Digital Marketing experience in beverage alcohol or other Premium Goods (fashion, jewelry, cosmetics). Experience of mobile platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker, to multi-task, and be detailed oriented
Experience collaborating, influencing and inspiring (Brand Teams, Agencies and Direct Reports)
Ability to clearly articulate a vision (with esp. strong presentation skills)
Able to spot big ideas & sell them into the organization and then drive them to completion
Ability to speak & read Spanish is a plus
