-Coordinate and maintain CEO and Vice President's schedules
- Provide administrative support for entire staff, including meeting coordination and logistics, preparing documents, research and more
- Assit in press material preparation and event preparation
- Provide front office support
- Route incoming mail and packages
- Meet and great clients and visitors
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Maintain office files, inventory and supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, trains, car rentals and/or car service, and hotel accommodations for staff and client business travel
- Run all necessary errands for CEO and Vice President, along with entire staff as needed


-Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of contemporary business procedures, computer functions (MS OFFICE & OUTLOOK) and phone etiquette
- Resourcefulness and willingness to seek out answers before returning to the CEO and VP with additional questions
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability, along with the ability to prioritize in a fast evolving environment
