The Sr. Internet Marketing Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of Courier Publishing websites as well as all email campaigns for Dover Publications, REA, Inc and Ultimate Plans. This person will investigate, develop, and implement website design improvements, SEO metrics, Email campaigns and work processes to support execution of marketing campaigns. They will also manage the implementation of website metrics and website improvements and manage the implementation of email metrics and email improvements.

Essential functions include:

- Drive revenue on Dover Publications website
- Develop the definition and execution of a long term e-commerce and internet marketing strategy
- Design, implement and manage website marketing programs focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition
- Design, implement and manage email marketing programs focusing on open, CTR and revenue
- Manage SEO projects and budget
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking and report metrics appropriately
- Develop and manage metrics and budgets.
- Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs
- Work with Catalog Marketing, Online Marketing and Sales to develop and execute highly effective direct response programs
- Prepare email marketing plans and develop effective promotional plans, whilst providing a strong lead and taking ownership of these plans. Review and manage the above mentioned plans on an ongoing basis.
- Effectively manage outside partnerships to maximize email programs
- Leverage a "test, measure and refine" approach to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of website and email marketing on revenue and profitability
- Manage, develop, motivate and support an internet marketing team

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-Degree in relevant field (e.g.: business, marketing, communications or related field) and/or relevant professional marketing qualification
-Minimum 7 - 10 years online marketing/e-commerce experience
-Must possess a broad knowledge and experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple online channels, including email
-Development of online and email marketing plans and track record of achievement through implementation
-A thorough understanding of e-commerce and email marketing technologies and strategies, as well as analytics
-Ability to build relationships and network internal and external
-Leadership/managerial skills
-Highly organized and able to multi-task
-Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
-Customer focused
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Strong SEO skills needed.
-Budgetary responsibility and financial awareness
-Project management skills and experience
-High level of computer literacy particularly MS Office

This position will be located in N. Chelmsford, MA (suburb of Boston). This is not a telecommuting opportunity.
