The account executive is in charge of the day to day interaction with many of our truly exceptional clients. Candidates need to be creative, quick thinking, a problem solver, organized, a great writer, confident, witty, proficient with numbers and have a love for the internet. You work hard and the team can count on you. You thrive in a fast paced, creative environment.More specifically, you have:

* 2-3 years of experience in an agency environment in a client-facing account services or project management role
* Strong understanding of strategy, able to help guide ideas to align with client strategy
* A knowledge of the interactive planning process, creative development, production and tech
* Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Capacity to think independently, work both collaboratively and autonomously
* Ability to get the most out of a cross functional team and inspire creative work
* Strong project management and presentation skills
* Demonstrated relationship-building ability, both with clients and internally

Responsibilities include:

* Understand the client's overall business objectives and strategies in order to recommend solutions and strategies to meet the client's goals.
* Manage the development of website content strategies, campaign and social media strategies, video production and digital media planning.
* Thorough understanding of the agency's approach and service offerings and identifies opportunities to integrate these services into the overall client scope of work.
* Manages project timelines and budget tracking.
* Proactively conducts internal and external meetings as necessary to ensure quality project delivery and effective issue resolution.
