We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager to cultivate clients, manage prospects and sell new business. This is a sales based role with direct responsibility to bring in new accounts and generate revenue. You will call on agencies and brands directly in the business development process.

Responsibilities:
*Create and develop key relationships with new clients.
*Provide sales and marketing leadership to hone branding strategy, win new business and up-sell value added services/programs to existing clients. (This may include off the shelf and customized opportunities, ie, events, pop up galleries, product placement and miscellaneous experiential outreach programs).
*Develop and deliver presentations that will address client goals and advance H360s brand and sales strategy.
*Plan and execute projects that are on strategy, on time and on budget.

Requirements:
*Experience creating and selling campaigns through marketing based sales programs.
*Excellence in presentation, scoping new business and closing sales.
*Strong negotiating skills, tenacious, yet diplomatic follow through skills.
*Ability to travel off-site, to develop and deliver sales opportunities.
*Event coordination/planning is a plus.
*Be a creative thinker as well as an active doer.
*Strong client management skills, interpersonal skills and professionalism.
*Keen understanding of pop-culture, nightlife, retail trends influencer marketing.
