Primary responsibilities include managing complex textbook projects, creating and monitoring schedules and budgets, as well as motivating and managing authors. Candidates must possess at least three years experience editing ESL/ELT/Foreign Language materials, and strong project and people management skills. This position also requires a firm grasp of English language and grammar, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, flexibility, and team spirit.
