The Director of Marketing and Affiliate Relations provides sales support to our various sales teams: Station Sales, Media Sales and Cable and New Media Sales. This person will also work directly with vendors on events and trade shows as well as serve as the affiliate relations contact for first-run weekend shows The Chris Matthews Show and The Wall Street Journal Report with Maria Bartiromo. The position works closely with production staff, marketing & promotions, publicity, sales, digital and legal departments in conception, creation & execution of the shows and company brands.


- Point of contact and resource for all station clients including Promotion Managers, Programming Directors & Sales Departments including all affiliate related inquiries in the areas of programming, marketing, promotion, sales, distribution, show content, viewer inquiries and talent
- Coordination and management of promo delivery to affiliates, including heavy collaboration with promo producers
- Support domestic syndicated station sales team on all sales efforts to sell new shows and upgrade current shows including creating PPT presentations and one-sheets and producing sales reels
- Support Cable and New Media Sales on all sales efforts for movie packages and shows from all networks within the NBCUniversal family
- Support Ad Sales with one-sheets and Upfront materials including an All Product Reel and All Product PPT Presentation.
- Point of contact for vendors for industry trade shows, department events and division events. This includes researching and securing venues, catering, ambience, etc.


- 5 Years experience working in TV syndication with emphasis on affiliate relations, marketing, promotion, digital or related field
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, social sciences, and/or other related field of study required
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, including good working knowledge of Excel
