The Creative Director will manage and lead the creative process. As a leader in the marketplace we are looking for someone who lead creative solutions to client business needs.

Engaging today's consumers and businesses through the evolving communication platforms requires new tools and thinking.

The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and be responsible for designing and developing a variety of web- and print-based projects from conception to production. Must have a versatile background and be willing to dive in as a player-coach while leading the creative team. We reward exceptional work and creative ideas.

- Collaborate with the account team to review client background, project requirements and client expectations and determine project scope, project objectives and sales strategy
- Participate in any client input sessions and follow up meetings with the client
- Lead the proposal team through the brainstorming and creative development process
- Oversee the production of all creative components of the proposal
- Collaborate with account team and team to align creative design with budget and logistical constraints
- Guide editorial team to create the most effective content possible within aggressive timelines and budgets
- Define creative vision, energize agency team to realize it, diplomatically defend and deliver it to client
- Lead presentation of creative concepts and sell to the client
- Work directly with client and production to ensure that creative remains on target and consistent throughout production of all deliverables

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in art, graphic design or related studies required
- 7+ years digital creative experience
- 3+ years experience in managing the creative output of an agency
- Proven supervisory skills
- Ability to be strategic and creative
- Artistic sensibility mixed with technical ability
- Ability to manage a project from concept to production while working under strict deadlines
- Understand all facets of design media
- High level of proficiency on technology standards and usability principles
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- High energy with the ability to work independently but also as team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
