Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform all administrative duties
Handle appointments, correspondence & subsequent follow-up
Coordinate meetings along with some travel arrangements
Answer phones and arrange conference calls
Monitor extensive number of media reports
Oversee media lists
Assist departments under executives domain with a variety of special projects as needed
Interact with professional associates and all levels of management both internally and externally
Some interaction with the media

Bachelors degree; internship in media relations field preferred
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle high levels of confidentiality
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once without becoming flustered
Professional demeanor and top notch administrative skills
Must be able to meet deadlines, be results oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment
Individual must be well-spoken with excellent communication skills
Strong interest in media and current events
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet research skills
