Product Specialist (Digital Business)
Are you detail-oriented and teamwork-focused? We need a Product Specialist who will exceed customer expectations through administrative/operations support and customer service for our Digital Business team, which publishes 6 digital newsletters (to various B-to-B audiences) along with three affiliated awards programs. Here are some of the things you can expect to do on a daily basis in this role: Responding to all customer inquiries related to the newsletters, awards programs, and other events Assisting with the operations of all three awards programs Handling the organization and correspondence for all audio conferences and webinars Sending out weekly eBlasts, requiring a basic knowledge of HTML Processing orders and fulfill any products that need to be shipped Corresponding with subscription agencies to fill customer requests Providing support in processing renewals and brainstorming new renewal campaignsYou possess the following skills: Previous experience in customer/client communication Excellent written and verbal communication Proactive attitude in problem-solving and decision making Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel Basic familiarity with a web-based CMS and some HTML Ability to look at processes and contribute new ideasYou also have:A BS/BA from a four year institution At least one year of work experiencePlease apply through our website.
