We are looking for a marketing manager with 5+ years experience in marketing, product development, database management and administration. This position is responsible for marketing all products, except subscriptions, and for revenue goals associated with product sales.

Based in downtown Miami but will require occasional travel to Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities:

Develop new products, in compliance with ALMs strategy, including, but not limited to events, book titles and database development
Book marketing and sales responsible for books revenue goals and for acquiring new book authors.
Develop and market DBR events (digital and in person). Execute event logistics, including securing speakers and hosting dbr events. Responsible for achieving attendance revenue goals associated with all DBR events.
Meet weekly with advertising sales team to promote and create events
Marketing of all other products, except subscriptions, via all available channels (print, digital and in person). Responsible for ancillary revenue goals.
Drive continuous development of Court Central product, content and presentation, at DailyBusinessReview.com
Create and manage marketing budget committed to these activities
Creation and maintenance of promotional materials designed to sell all DBR products
Continue development of and maintain the DBR database, including, but not limited to population and hygiene of lawyer practice areas and build out of real estate and banking/finance universes.
Perform community relations duties including maintaining relationships with entities targeted at the DBRs three verticals such as WPBT Public Television, BIZ Radio, CABA, HNBA, ACCA, DCBA, Broward Bar, West Palm Beach Bar, Palm Beach Legal Aid, Broward Legal Aid, Miami-Dade Legal Services, NAWJ, FAWL, CREW, BOMA, the Minority Mentoring Picnic and Florida Childrens Services
Act as point person for website and newsletter metrics, to share across management team and drive response. Point person for working with web development team to improve website and for reporting website related user issues. Responsible for business responses, primarily digital marketing efforts.
Act as liaison to central team responsible for reprint sales, including, but not limited to moderating monthly conference calls and ensuring awareness of reprint opportunities

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, product development, database management and administration
Thorough knowledge of digital, print and social media marketing expertise.
Ability to dig into available demographics, analytics and competitive efforts to develop effective marketing programs
Knowledge of law, real estate and banking/finance markets desirable.
Proficient in Excel and Word
Supervisory experience
