Educational technology usage is rapidly increasing, and quality service and support is crucial to ensure good experiences for instructors who use our media products in their classrooms. To help meet this need, Worth Publishers psychology editorial group is seeking an organized, enthusiastic individual for the new position of Digital Solutions Coordinator. This person will facilitate communication with our media adopters, travel and meet with adopters of media products, manage instructional customizations, and provide a superior level of customer service to key adoptions. The Digital Solutions Coordinator will also inform media editors of trends in educational technology, facilitate training and deeper use of our media products by inquiring about pedagogical needs and consulting on how our products meet them, support professional resource-oriented customer-facing sites such as Worth TLC and Psychology Faculty Lounge, and work strategically with marketing and sales to develop media initiatives with the sales force and customers.

Major Responsibilities:
Develop individual relationships with media adopters, manage individual course builds, troubleshoot technical problems, and serve as a layer of personal customer service and pedagogical consultation for our media adopters
Facilitate communication between adopters, potential adopters, and developers and reviewers of media products with Worth staff (media editors, the educational technology advisor, managers, and acquisitions editors)
Help develop media strategy within the discipline group and support media strategies across the company; promote Worth products and manage classtests, transition customers from competing products and 3rd-party products to native Worth media.
Continue to develop and re-envision editorially-oriented customer-facing sites such as Worth TLC and Psychology Faculty Lounge
Conduct webinars and online Webex demonstrations to promote and support Worth media initiatives
Work closely with marketing to train and support Worth sales reps with media sales in their territories.
Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and webinars to gain knowledge necessary to effectively promote higher education technology

Experience Needed:

Minimum two (2) years educational publishing experience in higher education; experience working with instructors using educational technology is a plus.
Alternatively, experience as a higher education instructor who used educational technology could substitute for publishing experience
Educational Background Required:

Bachelors degree
