Crossmedia is a growing communications planning and media services agency and we’re hiring for our DIY team. What do we mean by DIY? It’s what we call self-service digital platforms (think SEM/SEO, social media) and the DIY team leads these efforts within the agency. The DIY planner/buyer works with the team director to determine agency guidelines/best practices, serves as an internal agency resource on all things search/social and manages select DIY-only accounts.

You have 1-3 years experience in the day-to-day management and execution of Google AdWords and Microsoft Adcenter SEM campaigns. You’re a wiz at setting-up PPC campaigns and implementing paid search optimization strategies (including keyword research, query build-outs, ad copy development and landing page association/optimization). You’re diligent and disciplined and have the strong budget management and ROI measurement skills to prove it. But you’re also comfortable in a casual and collaborative environment where the strictest policy revolves around having burgers every Friday. In an ideal world, you’ll already have experience with Doubleclick, Google Analytics, Facebook/Twitter but we’ll teach the right person. Most importantly, you’re truly passionate about advertising and enjoy both teaching and learning about the wonderful world of search and social media.
