The Food Network and Cooking Channel Marketing team is seeking a Director of Consumer Marketing, Partnerships. Oversee creation and execution of partnerships driving ratings and/or brand awareness for Food Network and Cooking Channel priorities (ad sales, affiliate marketing, programming, digital, and talent). Drive innovative ways to work with partners with a focus on 360 advertiser partnerships, affiliate/MSO relationships, brand to brand partnerships, and talent priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a brand authority in communicating priorities internally and externally to current and potential partners
Explore, utilize and leverage marketing and promotions opportunities through Ad Sales and Affiliate partners relationships
Build relationships with Ad Sales Marketing teams across all platforms (TV/Digital/Print). Collaborate closely on proposals and execution of partnership that include talent endorsements and off-channel extensions. Interact with agencies/clients to develop off-channel strategy and implements guidelines/process to ensure brand/talent are represented cohesively across all campaign elements.
Build relationships with Affiliate/MSO Marketing teams collaborate closely on proposals and execution of partnership that include Food Network and Cooking Channel programming priorities. Develop off-channel strategy and implement guidelines/process to ensure brand/talent is represented cohesively across all campaign elements.
Serve as point person for brand to brand and talent partnerships. Seek ways to create mutually beneficial partnerships that align with network and talent priorities.
Develop and execute necessary toolkits for partner outreach and oversee partnership grid, tracking all current and potential partnerships.
Manage and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of two Marketing Managers and one Marketing Coordinator, enabling their growth and development.
Experience:

8-10 years in media/entertainment/advertising is required with marketing and knowledge of the cable industry is a must.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Strong brand and integrated marketing experience

· Strong project management and leadership skills

· Extensive background generating and executing partnerships

· Demonstrated success managing projects and priorities; guiding cross-functional teams utilizing internal and external resources

· Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, critical and creative thinking skills

· Problem solving and trouble shooting

· Negotiation and barter skills

· Strong desire to continually grow and learn

· Passion for food media and entertainment

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Some travel required.
