Ad Sales Administration and Support Associate
Responsibilities•Provide assistance to Associate Director, Knowledge Management and Ad Sales Administration team with reporting, process enhancements/improvements, and documentation. •Review, monitor and maintain data and records stored in the various databases and systems that affect the ad sales administration process. Day to day data corrections and analysis. Database maintenance compromises about 50% of daily duties. •Manage Sales & Sales Support intranet area•Work closely with developers and users to troubleshoot system problems/bugs.•Prepare and deliver reports tracking key sales metrics on a timely basis.Qualifications•College Degree•Strong Excel skills•Strong computer/data base skills•Detail oriented and professional•Familiar with databases and FTP tools•Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects and effectively manage time•Interest in media industry preferredKindly Include Job Title in SubjectSalary Requirements a must.No Phone Calls.
