Senior Marketing Manager - XpertHR-US

Based in: the US, New Jersey

Direct reporting line to: Group Marketing Director, UK based

Secondary/operational reporting line to: Commercial Product manager, New Jersey based

Job summary:

XpertHR has truly exciting expansion plans in the US. We’re looking for an experienced marketer with a thorough understanding of the US b2b market with a particular strength in sales lead generation and e-commerce to set and manage our regional marketing strategy.

We need an ambitious all-rounded senior marketer with a proven track record in b2b lead generation and web optimisation to drive sales, thorough understanding of entering new markets, as well as creating lead nurturing campaigns across different channels. The right candidate will be able to drive business forward, providing strategic input to the cross-functional management team and with minimum direction.

Key responsibilities:

- Brand-building and awareness campaigns
- Cost-effective lead generation for telesales and field sales teams
- On-going optimisation of the site for e-commerce/off the page sales
- Re-seller channel support

Knowledge and expertise:

- Expert in full marketing mix and brand management
- Demonstrable understanding of e-commerce
- Practical knowledge of web optimisation techniques for off the page sales
- b2b lead generation expertise to build an on-going sales pipeline
- Practical experience of penetrating new markets/taking a new product to market
- Extensive experience in using online KPIs to drive campaign planning
- Working knowledge of analytics tools
- Proven copywriting and proofreading skills
- Strong budgetary skills
- Strong project management skills

Experience and behavioural skills:

- Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation skills
- People management experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Extensive experience in managing external suppliers and partners
- Strong stakeholder management - relationship builder and influencer
- Proven experience of working within a large international company
- Highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with minimum direction
