Temporary Account Coordinator- Time Inc. Content Solutions

Time Inc. Content Solutions, the dedicated Content Marketing arm of the company is looking for an Account Coordinator to join the team.

The position requires excellent attention to detail and organization. The candidate will be responsible for providing overall project support on one or many pieces of business within TICS. He/she will be responsible for coordinating internal disciplines within the TICS organization – Edit, Design, Production, Digital and Research.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting account managers and/or account directors on the day-to-day servicing of client, management of deliverables and trafficking of information and materials to internal teams
• Assisting the account team in the execution of marketing-related production and editorial issues
• Helping to develop and monitor timelines/deadlines for projects
• Coordinating timely receipt of advertising, direct marketing and editorial related materials
• Setting and attending meetings – assisting in writing meeting reports and next steps
• Providing account billing support
• Supporting internal disciplines through clear and effective communications

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience at direct marketing or advertising agency helpful but not required
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and energetic
• Detailed oriented
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong team based skills yet able to work autonomously on projects
• Very strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
• Strong analytical skills
