The Role:
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing planning and execution for internal key stakeholders at Bloomberg. You will work with individual businesses to understand their specific business needs with regards to social media, develop actionable plans and consult internally on social media best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of the intersection of digital, social and traditional marketing.

- Collaborate with marketing and business partners to develop social strategies that align with and support the core business goals of individual stakeholders within Bloomberg
- Educate and develop training on company's social policy and best practices stay current on social media trends and technologies
- Act as a thought partner and advocate for social media throughout the company
- Develop, communicate and coordinate social media planning with internal business partners
- Partner with service teams and other key functions as necessary
- Utilize social analytic tools to track and evaluate performance of individual initiatives

- 3-5 years experience in social media/digital marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is required
- Strong project management and communication skills
- A track record of performance excellence planning, developing and managing projects and multiple work streams
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using a wide variety of analytic tools, e.g. Radian 6, Google Analytics
- Ability to manage up bringing strong thought leadership, problem solving, creativity to the consultative process
- Proven experience in managing projects and deliverables to strict deadlines
