Job Description

The Ad Traffic & Operations Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing all processes related to the Advertising Operations of GenomeWeb. This position will be responsible for scheduling and executing all ad campaigns on OpenAdStream; including maintaining performance reports, ensuring creative meets specs and deadlines, and working closely with our advertising clients to ensure accurate and on-time receipt of ad materials. This will require daily interaction with acccount executives , management and clients to ensure consistent and smooth operations. This position will report to the Finance and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time and on-spec receipt of creative assets for ad campaigns from multiple clients and partners
- Manage all processes for ad trafficking and operations; including scheduling, delivery and performance reporting of campaigns
- Review all incoming creative for compliance with creative/technical specifications and content restrictions
- Work directly with clients and agencies to collect creative assets, troubleshoot creative/technical issues, and correctly schedule ad campaigns according to contract
- Monitor and report campaign performance
- Work closely with Clients, Partners, Account Executives, Finance, and management teams to communicate any/all changes to campaigns, creative issues, delivery issues, etc.
- Communicate daily with executives, managers, clients and partners regarding campaigns, creative specs, and performance issues

Desired Skills & Experience

- 3+ years in ad trafficking or operations in a role at advertising agency and/or an ad-supported media company
- High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with excellent follow-through
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize workflow based on managing multiple deadlines
- Must demonstrate positive customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts; flexible, patient, courteous, professional
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, media environment
- Analytical, detail oriented, self motivated team player that is focused on finding solutions with a positive attitude
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- HTML skills a plus
- BA/BS degree required
