The Account Manager will provide pre and post sale support to the Online Ad Sales team in WildTangents Los Angeles office, while providing world class customer service to our clients. We are looking for a creative individual who has a strong desire to be an impact player on a winning team!

Responsibilities:

Develop presentation materials and account specific proposals for sales team members
Responsible for the trafficking, completion and fulfillment of all RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
Work with Ad Operations and Marketing on the development of campaign ideas, and the Creative team to bring ideas to life
Compile marketing materials, research and case studies to provide buy rationale in RFP responses
Work with Ad Operations to create and approve media plans
Manage the input of media plans, pricing and campaign specifications into proposal management systems such as Atlas or MediaVisor
Answer agency questions in the absence of salesperson
Coordinate with clients and internal Ad Operations team to process media insertion orders and successfully launch campaigns
Work with clients and Ad Operations to improve and optimize campaign performance
Maintain central repository for sales proposals, case studies and research
Assist in prospecting within regional sales territory
Manage and qualify inbound sales leads and inquiries

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of online sales or marketing experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
Ability to be analytical and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Stellar time management and organization skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required
