We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position will assist the Account Executives with critical sales activities and projects.

Responsibilities
*Support a team of Account Executives ranging anywhere from 2-5 persons
*Prepare proposals, generate contracts, and ensure accuracy of all details prior to processing
*Communicate with internal departments as well as external clients and agencies to facilitate the sales process
*Participate in new client meetings with Account Executives
*Research client and relevant industry news
*Assist with managing existing accounts
*Prepare Retailer overlaps
*Customize presentation decks for individual sales calls (PowerPoint, Excel, Word Documents)
*Work with the Production Manager in regards to assets and scheduling
*Customize one sheets and electronic media kits for the team of Account Executives
*Provide client with Proof of Performance reports after campaign ends to secure future business
*Maintain contract management database to ensure proper campaign delivery
*Work with Finance team to assist with the billing process


Qualifications
*BA/BS Degree Required
*1-2 years experience in an administrative role (administrative/sales assistant, account coordinator, etc.)
*Excels in time management and prioritization of tasks
*Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
*Strong team player and works well individually
*Strong organization and administrative skills
