As Associate Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications plans aimed at the library and institutional market in order to grow revenue and increase market share for our online products and platforms. In this role, you will drive marketing campaigns in Latin America and Markets with growth opportunities (i.e. Canada) by working with the local sales repand agents in order to increase brand awareness for STMS and Wiley Online Library in the region.

You will also generate targeted leads and enhance post-sale services to the library and institutional market to support customer retention and upsell. Responsibilities include implementing effective, results-oriented pre- and post-sales strategies, developing a comprehensive program for emerging and growth markets, creating professional communication and programs such as PowerPoint presentations for conferences, road shows and author events and other events relevant to the market.

•Experience working with International markets, specifically in Latin America.
•Well-versed in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese languages.
•3-5 years of progressive marketing, communications, or market development experience.
•Experience in customer data analysis and online marketing tactics: email, web, and social media.
•Knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office programs, Adobe suite, etc.
•Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent writing skills for both internal and external communications.
•Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of information released to customers, media etc.
•Strategic thinker. Self-motivated and task driven.
•Project management and presentation skills.
•Four year college degree or higher in Marketing, English or Communications.
•HTML, Flash, graphic design basics a plus.
